120F Main Street , Waldorf

Barnecat LLC purchased the property located at 120 Main Street (sight of the old Eisen Meat Company).  This project is actively in progress:

  • A south portion of land is cleared and surveyed for future community development.
  • The south portions of surveyed land are for sale for future business.
  • Developing a Flea Market to be located on the southern triangle of property.
  • A small portion of the building currently houses a tenant: South-Central College.
  • Other portions of the building are to be renovated for future use.
  • In 2022, the outer walls of this building were completely repaired and painted (white) as part of the building upgrade.
  • A 72 x 31-foot section of steel roof is replaced.
  • In 2023, a 50-foot portion of the outer wall (facing Main Street) is freshly painted with a “Welcome to Waldorf” Mural -created as a community effort.
  • The Waldorf Veterans Memorial Park is being developed on land in front of the mural.
