321 North Avenue, Waldorf

Purchase of property located in town at 321 North Avenue, Waldorf, Minnesota 56091. This property included a condemned farm house that has since been removed. Working with the local Fire Department the house was burned down in March of 2020.  This property has been cleared and is now available for future residential housing or other development that will benefit our community.
